Guillaume is a motivated and dynamic individual with 20 years experience, both nationally and internationally, in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.

After completing his studies in France, Guillaume used his work opportunities as a tool to grow his passion for travel and other cultures.  This brought him to Europe, the UK, the US and Canada.

For the last 10 years he’s been pursing his career in Calgary with experience opening a number of restaurants, managing established locations, as well as being the manager of a Boutique Hotel Relais & Chateaux in the city.
